Chezzy Performance Group at 930 Roberts Road #74, Haines City, Florida.

Definitely not a good place to take your personal water craft. I bought two used skis, both had considerable work done (new motor and rebuilt motor) and were in very fair shape. I took these skis to Chezzy Performace in late December because one of them is carb'd model and did not run great from a dead stop, according to Chezzy it needed a new "cable". I had to settle on a "used" one he had there.. supposedly. I took the jet ski directly from their shop and water tested it about 6 miles away.. same exact problem and Chezzy said they water tested. I called him immediately and told him it is not running right. Chezzy said oh you just have to mess with the throttle to get it going... I asked "isnt that why I brought this to you?" Chezzy said bring it back and ill water tune it, (which he had already done, allegedly). Took both jet skis back for work in the middle of January because one of the skis had broken baffles (not Chezzy fault) he replaced the baffles with a bypass upon my request. The motor needed to be replaced come to find out (not fault of Chezzy). I brought the ski back and asked if he needed to see papers on the motor that we (Chezzy an I) thought had a warranty because this was a new motor Chezzy put in from SBT. He sends off the motor for warranty and SBT says it no longer has warranty. Chezzy gets motor back and sets it inside the jetski which appears to have been left outside in sun and rain, both jetski seats are ruined, dry rot very poor condition from being at Chezzy Performance. I called Chezzy after the skis have been at their shop for several weeks, he has not touched them again, telling me, "We are remodeling our shop and have not had time". Then goes on to tell me his workers pulled off my carburetors and went through them.. I explained he told me a couple of weeks earlier he said the carbs were fine and they just needed to drain my gas, that water had gotten in the tank.. which was strange. When i started asking why the Carbs were pulled Chezzy began yelling and cussing telling me he wont do any work and come get my skis. i picked my skis up today 2/9/2016, the one ski that needed a motor is in pieces in side the ski, bolts are everywhere, pipes are in pieces and several ski keys... that dont belong to me are inside the storage compartment. My license tag bracket was broken off, my hydraulic wheel on my trailer is broken. When I took my ski (carb'd model) to him for "tuning" it was turning over. When i picked it up the starter is turning over but does not engage my flywheel.

Long story short, if you have nice things or things you want to accomplish with your PWC take them elsewhere. This has been a very expensive learning lesson. Chezzy Performance is NOT the place to take your stuff to be worked on.

Told me what was wrong with my jet ski but kept it way too long and didn't start working on it when they said they would.
